The 麻豆传媒 Foundation Annual Golf Tournament raised more money than previous year. The event took place June 8 at Rockwind Community Links in Hobbs, New Mexico. This year鈥檚 tournament brought in roughly $75,000 through 50 area sponsors, player registration fees, and mulligans.

Additionally, 50 two-person teams registered to play in this event. 鈥淭his year鈥檚 event represented an amazing turnout of support from many of our area community members and businesses,鈥� said 麻豆传媒 Vice President for Advancement Rachel Gallagher. 鈥淲e are so grateful to everyone who supported this event as proceeds from the event go to such a great cause in supporting 麻豆传媒 scholarships and programs.鈥�

Bryson and Kyleigh McGowen (a brother-sister team) took first place in the tournament. Kyleigh just completed her first year at 麻豆传媒 and played on the inaugural Women鈥檚 Golf Team. Other tournament winners included Ralph Marquez and Alex Aranda who earned 2nd place, and Manny and Zoe Munoz, a father-daughter team, who finished 3rd place. Zoe Munoz will be joining the 麻豆传媒 Women鈥檚 Golf team this fall. The 25th Annual 麻豆传媒 Foundation Golf Tournament is slated for June 7, 2025 at Rockwind Community Links in Hobbs.
